About Amberly Horton

Registered Physiotherapist, Orthopaedic & Pelvic Health

Amberly attended McMaster University for her undergraduate degree in Health Studies, and completed her Masters of Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2015. As a former competitive dancer and athlete, Amberly developed a passion for human movement and physical fitness. She continually strives to provide evidence-based treatments that target individual patient needs and goals. Amberly believes continual education is an essential component of physical therapy practice. She has developed a special interest in orthopaedic and pelvic health physiotherapy, and is enthusiastic about working with patients to ensure they get the healthcare they deserve. Amberly is an active participant in the Physiotherapy profession. She is passionate about innovation and moving the profession forward. She frequently mentors Physiotherapy students, new graduates, and other allied health professionals. Amberly grew up in Dunnville and is looking forward to bringing high-quality care and expertise back to the people of the community. In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family, and relaxing on the beach or by a bonfire.

About Kelly Martindale

Registered Physiotherapist, Orthopaedic

 

Kelly Martindale has been a physiotherapist since 2005. She has a wide range of experience in hospitals, clinics and in home physiotherapy.

Kelly works closely with physiotherapist assistants and is a professor at Niagara college. She enjoys gravel biking, playing hockey and spending time with her family.

 

 

 

 

About Sadie Chambers

Registered Massage Therapist

 

Sadie is an honours graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Mohawk College, and earned both her advanced diploma and CMTO registration in 2024. She is passionate about providing a welcoming and judgement-free environment to patients seeking effective treatment of both acute and chronic conditions. Sadie frequently uses techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep tissue techniques, joint mobilization, and PNF stretching. No matter the reason for pursuing massage therapy, Sadie is happy to work hard with you to find relief and reach your goals.

 

 

 

 

About Ryli Pelchat

Nutrition Specialist

Ryli brings more than a decade of experience in the fitness industry, combining extensive lived experience with education and specialized training in human nutrition, anatomy and physiology, and exercise physiology. As a national-level bikini competitor, she has built a strong foundation in discipline, resilience, and sustainable wellness while continuing to learn from leading professionals and coaches across North America.

Ryli approaches wellness through a lens of longevity, never chasing short-term results. She believes meaningful change is built through consistency and individualization- not fads or extremes. Through her lifestyle coaching method, she integrates evidence-based nutrition, strength training, and practical lifestyle strategies to help clients build sustainable habits, achieve lasting results, and develop trust in their bodies.

A lifelong student of her craft, Ryli stays current with emerging research and the evolving science of nutrition and physique transformation. Outside of coaching, you’ll find her spending time with her animals, listening to metal music, sipping tea, and reading classic literature.

 

 

 

 

About Meghan Heshka

Physiotherapy Assistant

Meghan completed her bachelors degree in Kinesiology at Brock University in 2024. Throughout her studies, she developed a strong foundation in human movement, exercise science and strength training principles.

As a former competitive softball player and multi-sport athlete, Meg has always had an early passion for physical activity. Her athletic background sparked an interest in strength training and injury prevention and since then she has strived to continue expanding her knowledge of effective training techniques.
